This Privacy Policy for Personal Information (hereinafter Policy, to avoid discrepancies, Personal Information refers to Personal Data as well) applies to all information that the Joint Venture Limited Liability Company “Amirsoy” (further – JV LLC “Amirsoy”) and/or its affiliates can get about the User (any physical person providing “Amirsoy” his/her personal data by visiting and registering on the website (amirsoy.com) in the process of using any of the websites, services and programs of JV LLC “Amirsoy’ (hereinafter - Services). The User’s consent to share personal information, provided by him/her in accordance with this Policy within the framework of the relations with one of the persons relevant to the JV LLC “Amirsoy” applys to all persons relevant to the JV LLC “Amirsoy”.
Use of Services means the User’s unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the conditions specified therein for the processing of his/her personal information; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Services.

1.3. JV LLC “Amirsoy” generally does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by Users and does not exercise control over their legal capacity. However, JV LLC “Amirsoy” believes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the questions asked in the registration form and keeps this information up to date. Consequences of providing inaccurate information are defined in the Public Offer (hereinafter – Offer) placed on the site amirsoy.com in the section «Offer».
2.1. JV LLC “Amirsoy” obtains and stores personal data that is necessary only for providing Services and rendering services (execution of offer and/or other contracts with the User).
2.2. JV LLC “Amirsoy” can use Personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the party within the framework of the Offer and contracts with the JV LLC “Amirsoy”;
2.2.2. Providing the User with personalized Services;

3.1. JV LLC “Amirsoy” stores personal information of Users, ensuring their confidentiality and protection from unauthorized or accidental access to it by third parties.
3.2. JV LLC “Amirsoy” is entitled to transmit personal information of the User to third parties in the following cases:
3.2.1. Such transfer is necessary within the User’s use of a certain Service, or for rendering a service to the User;
3.2.2. Such transfer takes place as part of a sale or other transfer of business (in full or in part), assuming all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information obtained is taken over by purchaser;
3.2.3. in order to ensure the possibility of protection of the rights and legal interests of JV LLC “Amirsoy” or third parties in cases when the User violates the offer of JV LLC “Amirsoy”.
3.4. When processing personal data of users by JV LLC “Amirsoy” is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Electronic Commerce” of 29.04.2004 № 613-II.
